Veteran Safe Shared Living Community
SES LLC is proud to announce our upcoming initiative to develop a Veteran Safe Shared Living Community, a place where veterans can find stability, dignity, and renewed purpose. Our vision is to provide affordable, safe, and supportive shared housing that promotes wellness, recovery, and successful reintegration into civilian life.
The Veteran Safe Shared Living Community will offer a structured, community-focused environment designed to help veterans rebuild their lives through access to wellness programs, rehabilitation support, life skills development, financial literacy education, employment readiness, peer mentorship, and non-clinical life coaching. Residents will also receive assistance connecting with licensed healthcare providers, behavioral health services, veteran benefits, workforce programs, and other community resources based on their individual needs.
Our goal is to create a community where veterans feel valued, respected, and empowered to achieve long-term housing stability, personal growth, and self-sufficiency. By fostering collaboration, accountability, and a strong support network, we strive to reduce homelessness, improve overall well-being, and provide veterans with the tools and opportunities needed to build a brighter future.

Rachanee Smoak
Founder & CEO
A retired Melbourne Police Officer and Trainer, former Adjunct Professor at New Mexico State University, and former Educator with Brevard Public Schools. Currently a Claims Examiner at Sedgwick Claims Management Services. Rachanee's dynamic expertise spans public safety, regulatory compliance, and community impact — a remarkable journey from the streets of Liberty City in Miami, FL.
Mildred Smoak
Co-Founder & COO
A seasoned HR executive who has developed and revamped HR departments for multiple organizations, managing budgets up to five million dollars. Her expertise covers payroll management, benefits administration, career development, and executive leadership coaching. Currently a Claims Examiner at Sedgwick Claims Management Services. A South Bronx, NYC native who has built a legacy of operational excellence and people-centered leadership.
